KALMATRON® products and technologies developed also for concrete repair by restoration of highly trafficable structures located in different climatic zones.

The main concept is to achieve regeneration of aged concrete to be compatible with new one applied on a top. Concrete regeneration is achieved by spraying

of KALMATRON® KF-G. Restoration of concrete surface by coatings provided by three different mix designs such as SHIELDCRETE, PATCHCONCRETE,

and PLASTCRETE.

The difference between them is the thickness of the layer. Simplicity of application and variability of raw materials allows to produce them even on a job site.

Admixtures to the mixes are KALMATRON® KF-A as a powder, its liquid version of K1OO® and Krete1OO® allows to produce all three remedial layers.

We provide our customers with concrete/mortar mix designs for conventional and unique applications in harsh industrial environments including radiation.
